We are very pleased to present you a screening of award-winning documentary Hard to Believe, with guest speaker David Kilgour.
Hard to Believe is an award-winning documentary directed by two-time Emmy Award winner Ken Stone. It examines the issue of forced live organ harvesting from Chinese prisoners of conscience, and the response, or lack of it, around the world.
Mr. Kilgour is a former Canadian Secretary of State, Member of Parliament, prosecutor, lawyer, author, columnist, and human rights advocate. Mr. Kilgour was nominated for the 2010 Nobel Peace Prize for his 2006 work Bloody Harvest: Organ Harvesting of Falun Gong Practitioners in China. He has recently addressed European Parliament and other government bodies, and appeared in the documentary Hard to Believe.
Mr. Kilgour will give a short speech and answer questions following the film.
