We're back for the 3nd annual Direct Impact Marketplace - a showcase of conscious shopping and sustainable living.
Brought to you by the forces of Sports Basement and Patagonia, we're excited to introduce tons of new faces and engaging activities like DIY clothing repair from Patagonia's Worn Wear team, screen printing with San Franpsycho, mini art stations, cooking demos, and more! 
Enjoy a variety of free local tastings as we screen short films from Fair Trade Certified and 1% for the Planet and stay for inspiring conversations at our Industry Panel about sustainable choices and Direct Impact. 
Itinerary:
5:30pm - Doors 6pm - Patagonia Provisions cooking demo + Invitation to Worn Wear6:30pm - Short Films + Direct Impact Industry Panel  7:30pm - Raffle 
Local Tastings: 2018 Vendors Coming Soon 
When you choose Fair Trade Certified, B Corp, 1% for the Planet or locally made products you are directly impacting the lives of the people who make and sell your products. When you support local nonprofit organizations, you're helping them make a direct impact on our local community. 
Fair Trade Certified - Products were made with rigorous social, environmental and economic standards work that promote safe, healthy working conditions, protect the environment, enable transparency, and empower communities to build strong, thriving businesses.
B Corp Certified - For profit companies certified by the nonprofit B Lab to meet rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency.
1% for the Planet - Businesses commit to giving 1% of total sales each year to give back to approved environmentally-focused organizations.

About Turning Green
Turning Green is Bay Area based non-profit organization devoted to education and advocacy around environmentally sustainable and socially responsible choices across the world. Based on Sausalito, this nonprofit aims to equip students with knowledge, resources and tools to transition mindset, habit and practice from conventional to conscious. Check out their 3 big projects: Project Green Challenge, Conscious College Road Tour and Conscious Kitchen.
