Dance is human resources professional with significant HR management and independent consulting experience. She is the founder and principal of Dance Associates, Human Resources Consulting. Beverly facilitates programs and prep courses for Next Concept HR Association where she is a Certified Facilitator and Certified Mentor. She has facilitated more than 100 certification classes and also presented at the HR West Conference three times. Beverly joined the faculty of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) in 2007 and facilitates SHRM’s certification preparation and compensation classes. She has earned the CCP, Certified Compensation Professional, the CEBS, Certified Employee Benefit Specialist, and most recently the SHRM California Micro-credential. Beverly’s background includes facilitation, compensation, executive coaching, anti-harassment training, employee handbooks, strategic management, job analysis and evaluations, job descriptions, mergers and acquisitions, organizational design, performance management, benefits, employee relations, union interactions, workforce planning, plus training development and delivery.
