On Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at 7:30 PM, at Room 12 of the Hillview Community Center, 97 Hillview Ave., Los Altos, the De Anza Chapter of the American Rhododendron Society will feature a program by Parker Smith on designing a garden with rhododendrons. During the program Parker Smith will show us how to design a garden with rhododendrons, rhododendron selection, planting, and how to take care of them.
Parker Smith is a long time landscape architect, served as a judge at rhododendron shows ranging from Fort Bragg to the Bay Area, hybridized rhododendron hybrids including California Cameleon, Chief Francesca, and Winter Peach, and is the author of Rhododendrons for California & Other Mild Climates.
