She has also been helping many organizations transform from waterfall to agile methodologies. This has given her a unique perspective dealing with many real problems and their solves. So she brings in a unique combination of skills with a deep understanding of technology and process.She is a true champion of agile methodologies and brings to table a passion for its adoption across different spheres of development cycles. She is an out-of-box thinker with creative ideas to improve the current processes to make them better and re-invigorate them. She has championed an Agile COP and meetups encouraging everyone to think and share.
