The Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco are proud to announce de Youngsters Day Out, a new, free community day at the museum for all Bay Area families. Turning the museum into an art extravaganza for kids, fun-filled activities will take over every corner, from the African art galleries to the museum's communal spaces and front lawn. Designed to spark curiosity and empowerment through art, entertainment, and more, de Youngsters Day Out is a fully accessible program. The event, as well as admission to the museum's permanent-collection and special-exhibition galleries, is free of charge for all who participate.
Bay Area-based online affordable eyewear retailer Zenni with UC Berkeley School of Optometry will provide free on-site vision screenings for kids age 3+ to determine whether they might need glasses or vision treatment.
Zenni will host a photo booth where kids can snap pictures of themselves in Zenni's Planet CB eyewear collection designed by DJs Coco + Breezy.
