Day of the Dead Festival of Altars in San Francisco on Nov. 2nd, 2019 invites the public to the free altar viewing at Potrero Del Sol Park at 25th and San Bruno Ave from 4 to 11 pm. This is a community co-created event, come build an altar for your ancestors. Register at [email protected]. A grounding ritual circle will commence at 5. The ritual procession is at 7 pm, please meet at 22nd and Bryant St. This year's theme is Mazatl: Year of the Deer. Please bring flowers, votive candles, photos and offerings. All candle flames should be protected. Bring your own drinking water. This is an alcohol and drug-free family event.
