The city council election is coming up, and Ben Porch is throwing his hat in the ring. There's just one problem: he's too shy to speak.

Nonetheless, he tries to win the audience's votes with a trifold poster board, several photo ops, and an audience meet-and-greet. Does he have what it takes to win? Does he even want to?
