Date Night: Cinco de Mayo Cooking Class with Parties That Cook- April 29, 2016

We love a good fiesta as much as the next foodie! Bring your date, BFF or favorite cooking friend in the Parties That Cook Kitchen in San Francisco for a Cinco de Mayo celebration! We’ll get the party started with Sparkling Margaritas and then the group will be divided into teams and each team will cook a variety of hearty Cinco de Mayo inspired recipes from start to finish. Recipes in this hands-on class include Scallop and Shrimp Tostadas with Tequila, Lime and Garlic, ever-popular Chalupas with Smashed Avocado, Chorizo and Lime Sour Cream, Vegetarian Tamales with Black Beans and Oaxaca Cheese, and fresh-fried Churros with Cinnamon-Spiked Chocolate dipping sauce! Salud!
