DARQ E FREAKER

Since bursting into international underground consciousness with his production credit on Danny Brown's "Blueberry (Pills & Cocaine)," Darq has continued his painting of technicolor sonic portraits blending rave's euphoria with grime and hip-hop's grit. His recent #DontFreakOut mixtape (featuring Scruffizer, Maxsta and Dai Burger among others) is closely followed with the forthcoming EP on Big Dada, showcasing his mastery of the truly mental instrumental. Joining him onstage is collaborator D Double E, a grime veteran of Newham Generals pedigree, hitting the US hot on the heels of his "Ladies Hit Squad" collaboration with Skepta and A$AP Nast. More special guests TBA will round out a late-night rave full of the energy on which Big Dada has darkly built its name.

TRAXMAN

Cornelius Ferguson, better known as Traxman, spent the '90s and '00s packing Chicago's dancefloors with fast-paced house, juke, and footwork. He's taken his show all over the world the last few years, thanks in part to his insane 2012 Planet Mu release, Da Mind of Traxman, and in part to his insane live show, which find him flipping samples of classic R&B tunes, Chicago house tracks, and psychedelic jazz in equal measure, at lightning speed. Da Mind of Traxman's sequel, the aptly-named Da Mind of Traxman vol. 2, is coming out soon also on Planet Mu, and it draws from an even broader sonic palette than its predecessor, incorporating elements of all sorts of dance music genres, pushing footwork into the future, into the atmosphere.

BOGL

Griffin BOGL is a little bit of an anomaly. No matter what city you are in he might just be at the same party, right next to you. He states SF as his home base, but I'm pretty sure the BOGL spaceship is from parts unknown. After his sets last year, people were raving, literally! It was even likened to drunken Kung Fu, the way he bobbled around behind the decks seamlessly mixing the strangest tunes for what was to become some of the most diverse sets.

BOGL is a guy that can't be pigeonholed. His sets and production always surprise and his sound is on the constant evolve tip. Don't try and understand this man, just show up with open ears, ready to hear something fresh!
