A dance performance and after-party to benefit the Cancer Prevention Institute of California (CPIC), a Bay Area non-profit organization.

All tickets include admission to the after-party, held immediately following the performance in the YBCA Forum, steps away from the YBCA Theater. The after-party includes food and drink from acclaimed Bay Area restaurants and wineries.
DanceFAR gives back to the community and encourages volunteerism by providing a platform for artists to contribute to a good cause. All proceeds benefit CPIC’s research and education programs to address the causes of cancer and provide resources to support cancer survivors.
Founded in 2012 by James Sofranko, Garen Scribner, and Margaret Karl, who met while dancing together with the San Francisco Ballet, DanceFAR has become the must-see dance event of the year.
