Description

Do you wish you could hang out in any asana all day long? This workshop will help steer you towards that path as we discuss basic core anatomy, applied pranayama, and spinal alignment through the combined lenses of a yoga therapist, physical therapist, athletic trainer, and strength and conditioning specialist. You will learn to prevent injury in yoga by combining physical therapy, sports medicine, and strength and conditioning principles through lecture, movement, and self-assessment. Beginners welcome.
