Baristas will face off using special techniques and dish out their coffee knowledge as they show off in a single elimination style competition in three categories. Spro Down – Pull the perfect shot of espresso, dialing in the grind, tamp, temp, and more, starting from an unmarked bag of mystery beans
Signature Coffee Cocktail – Turn classic and unconventional ingredients into an irresistible experimental cocktail. The catch: all ingredients are kept secret and baristas have to use every one!
Latte Art – Coffee is your canvas, masterfully pour steamed milk to create an eye-catching, artistic, design into a 4.25 oz gibby glass
