Enliven the spirit this April with a one day CREATIVE AWAKENING retreat, perfect for makers of all stripes. Join artist duo, Amy Sass & Briget Boyle for a day of artful explorations sure to seed new work and ways of being. We'll be connecting to the energy of the season through a variety of artistic modalities including: guided journaling, meditation, movement, sonic/vocal explorations, material play, moments of sharing and/or ritual. Come celebrate spring and awaken the creative force within. Ages 18 and up.

Clothes/footwear you enjoy moving in
A water bottle.
