Attendance is by invitation only and registration is required.
 
This spring, CPAC’s professional learning community will hold two state-wide convenings focused on calibration of performance assessments, one in Los Angeles and one in the San Francisco Bay Area. 
 
The Bay Area convening will feature a morning policy talk with Linda Darling-Hammond and Deborah Meier. The afternoon will include two hours of calibration exercises for scoring student oral presentations using rubrics and the opportunity to learn about calibration systems and habits that are sustainable and scalable across schools.
All CPAC members are welcome to attend both convenings.  We look forward to this opportunity to engage together in continuing this year's hands-on work of learning more deeply about how to make performance assessment systems meaningful.
Ground transportation expenses will be covered.  Hotel/flight reimbursement available on a case-by-case basis, and substitute costs are also reimbursable.
