Coping With Grief During the Holidays Workshop

Hanna Center is offering a grief and loss workshop on Saturday, December 14th, from 2-5 pm in the Large Conference Room. In partnership with the Sonoma Valley Interfaith Ministerial Association (SVIMA), this session will provide valuable background information on the grieving process, along with an opportunity for participants to share their personal stories of loss. Attendees will explore coping strategies for navigating grief during the holiday season and have the chance to honor their loved ones in a candle lighting ceremony. This workshop is part of Hanna Center's expanded bereavement support services for the Sonoma Valley community.
