The Chefs:
Fernando Delgado is the Executive Chef at Hotel Kabuki in Japantown. He was born and raised in Nayarit, Mexico, and moved to the United States 30 years ago. His style of cooking is a combination of his wife's Japanese heritage and his own Latin flavors.
Dinesh Kumar is a Lead Chef at DOSA, San Francisco's first South Indian restaurant in the Mission & Fillmore Districts. Chef Dinesh joined the team at DOSA to further explore the broad and diverse reaches of the South Indian culinary landscape.
Zane Matsuzaki has enjoyed professional stints at Front Room Pizza, as sous chef at the world-reknowned Cliff House, and head chef at Cafe Riggio. He finds his creative inspiration everywhere he goes. Kokoro welcomes him back to Cooking from the Heart.
Tickets cost $100 per individual and $175 per couple.
