Join us at HI - San Francisco Downtown Hostel for a night of culture and cuisine through our Cooking As A Second Language program. Guest chef Sandeep will lead participants through an interactive cooking and conversation workshop geared towards exploring Indian culture through the lens of local cuisine. Everyone will collectively help with the prepping and cooking before sitting down together for a plated meal. The menu will consist of curry chicken, spiced lentils, and rice with peas. Please arrive promptly; this is a participatory class, so please come ready to cook! Please note, we cannot change the menu to accommodate dietary restrictions.
