After moving to the Bay Area, Sabores del Sur's Chef Guisell Osorio realized the only way she could get her favorite South American dishes was to learn to cook! She will show you how to make “Epanadas de Pollo†in this hands-on cooking class, based on her grandmother’s recipes and you will learn how to make the dough, filling and different methods for cooking empanadas.
