"Seafood Hor Fun" is a very typical stir-fried rice noodle dish found in most hawker stalls in Singapore. It is a Chinese or Cantonese dish, and is one that can also be enjoyed with chicken or beef instead of seafood. Join Singaporean native, Nona Lim, in a hands-on cooking class, where you learn about the basics of stir-frying techniques, Asian ingredients, and making a healthy version of this favorite Singaporean street food.
