Join PlumpJack Cafe's Pastry Chef, Jon Howard, for one or all three of our summer baking and dessert classes in the PlumpJack Cafe bakery.

Details:
Dates & Times: June 17th, July 15th, August 19th (6-9pm)
Cost: $95 per class
Location: Limited availability, open to eight participants

June 17th (6-9pm) - Artisan Breads
Make: wild yeast culture & sourdough starter
Bake: classic wheat sourdough bread, focaccia, pizza dough for pizza

July 15th (6-9pm) - Frozen Summer Treats
Make: semifreddo, granité, and ice cream sandwiches

August 19th (6-9pm) - Farmer's Market Desserts
Make: pie dough, jam, shortcakes
Bake: fresh fruit galette, gateau, jam, and shortcakes
