We are excited to announce the first Consciousness Hacking Users Group, aka CHUG, a new event format created to support interaction, connection and collaboration in the CoHack community. Instead of focusing on a single speaker or presenter, these events are an opportunity for attendees to come with their own ideas and questions to share and discuss with like-minded people. The vision of Consciousness Hacking has always been a grassroots, bottom-up model, and through these events we hope to empower our brilliant and innovative community members to step up and shine.
If you've been to any of our regular events, you may have taken part in our breakout sessions. These have consistently been some of the most engaging and meaningful parts of our events, and we have found that within these small group discussions are where the deepest friendships, collaborations and transformative ideas are formed. The CHUG events are intended to expand and improve on the success of the breakout sessions, providing more structure and extended time to really dive deep into meaningful connection on the level of both heart and mind.
Anyone at the event is invitied to propose a topic to lead a discussion on, and any topic that is at least loosely connected to the consciousness hacking world is welcome. You do not need to be an expert on your topic in order to lead one.
With CHUG, we are hoping to create future template that our global chapters around the world can replicate easily, without needing to secure speakers or specific resources to organize an event. In joining this event, you are helping us test and refine this new format so that our global community can continue to grow and flourish.
