A benefit for The Helen David Relief Fund for Bartenders Affected by Breast Cancer led by London-based Compass Box Whisky Co.’s founder and whisky maverick John Glaser. Explore the history and whisky-making approach of this avant-garde Scotch whisky house with Compass Box Whisky Co.’s core line of whiskies and some of its Limited Edition whiskies, plus additional opportunities to taste some past Limited Editions donated from Elixir’s extensive collection. By accessing unique casks of Scotch whisky and blending them in ground-breaking ways, Glaser and Compass Box have literally changed the Scotch whisky world and given it some of the most delicious bottlings available. Many of those are Limited Editions because of the unique blending of the whiskies. Elixir Proprietor H. Joseph Ehrmann will welcome you with donated beer as the crowd gathers and admires the spectacular 360-degree views from the Sky Blue Penthouse, the former employee bar of the historic Hamm's Brewery building.
