MODERATOR
Adam Bixler, Director, Advanced Threat Product Management at Arbor Networks
Leveraging military experience to help private enterprises, Adam has led consulting teams evaluating enterprise-level cybersecurity programs by providing assessment frameworks and adversary perspectives based on DoD methods. Following an outstanding career leading a variety of cybersecurity initiatives, Adam gravitated toward the realm of tech entrepreneurship. He was co-founder of Morta Security, which was acquired by Palo Alto Networks in 2014.

Captain Ed Devinney, Director, Corporate Partnerships and Technology Outreach, U.S. Cyber Command
Captain Devinney will highlight CyberCom's perspective in acquiring new cyber capabilities, modifying existing capabilities, and procuring commercial solutions to meet it's war fighting requirements. He will also highlight U.S. Cyber Command's outreach to the science and technology communities on current and projected cyber requirements.
Panelist TBA, Defense Innovation Unit Experimental (DIUx)  DIUx contracts with companies offering solutions in a variety of areas – from autonomy and AI to human systems, IT, and space – to solve a host of defense problems. Portfolio companies have been backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Founders Fund, GV, In-Q-Tel, Lux Capital, New Enterprise Associates, Sequoia Capital, Social Capital, and Spark Capital. 
Sterling Rooke, Ph.D, CEO, X8
X8 focuses on industrial sensors with an eye toward cyber and energy security. Clients include both government and corporate organizations. X8 excels in the design of Intelligent Industrial Sensor Systems (I2S2), as well as the cyber assurance required to protect these systems.
