Il Pirata is one of the most underground showrooms in all of SF! From the street, it looks like a normal bar. But walk in the door, past the bar, and up the stairs to a full showroom with stage and lights! This venue is a legend in the comedy scene. Comedians have been coming here for over 15 years to work out their sets on their climb to stardom. Comedians such as Frankie Quinones, Ali Wong, Hasan Minhaj and Marcella Arguello have all performed on this stage during their comedy comeup. And we are continuing on the comedy mission for the comics of today!
