What: W San Francisco’s TRACE Restaurant will be showcasing its culinary creativity during this year’s San Francisco Restaurant Week. In celebration of the event Executive Chef, Frederic Hoffmann along with his talented culinary team, have curated a decadent three-course pre fix menu made with fresh and seasonal ingredients. Lunch menu offerings include TRACE Caesar Salad, Red Kuri Squash, Campbell River Salmon and a sweet Snickerdoodle Ice Cream Sandwich for dessert. For dinner, guests can enjoy Beef Tartar, Scallops, Rib-Eye Steak, and Roasted Pear Belle or Earl Grey Bavarois for dessert.
