We are a training facility offering group work outs or one on one sessions.
Cross training will produce greater flexibility, strength, endurance and power!
We will consistently drill and work on our skill heavy movements for example: Olympic lifts, stability ball exercises, jump rope, kipping pull ups and med ball throws to name a few. The goal is to make ourselves more coordinated and athletic.
Correct mechanics is a priority, performing movements with a full range of movement will produce greater and functional flexibility versus traditional static stretching alone.
Our goal is to build function strength, endurance, power, flexibility and above all else a overwhelming desire to be as healthy as possible. Stop waiting! Come to a class!
