Chamorro de cordero, paired with Nuestra Soledad Santa Maria Zoquitlan
Pastel tres leches, paired with El Jolgorio
Guests will have the chance to learn about mezcal's history and production process guided by a representative from Back Bar project, accompanied by a pairing presentation from Chef Edgar.
