Coast Mastering is the premier audio mastering facility in the Bay Area. We work out of the historic Fantasy Studios complex in Berkeley, California. Formerly known as Studio C, our two newly-built mastering rooms were designed and tuned by acoustician Bob Hodas and feature speakers by Focal, VTL monoblock tube amplifiers, A/D/A conversion by Bricasti and Metric Halo, ATR tape machines, and all-analog mastering chains with gear by Masalec, Manley, Rupert Neve, Knif, Esoteric Audio Research, GML and more.
