Red Dog Restaurant & Bar is proud to announce our new pop-up program COALESCE, bringing together amazing Bay Area chefs, bartenders and pastry chefs for an evening of culinary bliss.
Our first event will feature two Bay Area icons: Chefs Ola Fendert (Oola, Local & Chez Papa) and Matt Shepherd (Perbaco, Belga & Yoshi’s). They will work together to create a 7-course culinary experience that will feature old and new concepts in Japanese-inspired, contemporary American comfort food.
Guest bartender Nora Furst, (owner/beverage director at Uma Casa) will collaborate with bar geek extraordinaire Aaron Sears (Red Dog, Delarosa & Palmer's Tavern) to create unique and interesting cocktail pairings that will harmonize with our 7-course dinner menu.
