"Be so good they can't ignore you." -Steve Martin
The intention of this evening workshop is simple: I want to help you become a better coach. It’s an opportunity for a small number of coaches (whether you’re a beginner coach or a master coach) to learn from my 12 years of experience in personal transformation and 6 years as a professional coach. This will be a small, intimate class so that everyone gets plenty of attention.
To wet your appetite, here are some topics that I might end up covering:
Process (Something awesome is trying to happen.)
Transformational presence
The value and valuation of coaching
Personal and professional, but not social
The power of context
No fixing
Coaching from the Inside-Out Understanding
Coaching confidence
Wicked space
I don’t intend to just teach you a few ideas and tactics–I want to help you create a deeper understanding of how coaching can work. I want to help you find new directions to grow in. I want to help you create more impact with your clients, in a shorter amount of time, and for both you and your clients to have more fun doing so.
Note that this is a ‘master class’, not a lecture. You and your capacity as a coach *are* the agenda. Bring what you’ve got, and we’ll help you get better.
WhenThursday, May 17, 6:30-9pm
WhereSOMA, San Francisco (near BART)(Exact location given upon registration.)
The registration deadline is Thursday at 1pm.
