This month we celebrate Bay Area Dance Week with a dance class and performance by the all women Tango Con*Fusión Dance Cie and the all women Tango band LaQuinta!
SCHEDULE:
8:00-8:50pm: All level class with teachers of Tango Con*Fusión Dance Cie.
9:00pm-12am: Milonga with danceable traditional Tango Live music by LaQuinta and DJ Mila
9:45pm and 11:00pm: Live music sets
Every 2nd Saturday of the month, CMC and Tango dance faculty member Sonja Riket hosts a monthly Milonga (Argentine Tango social dance gathering) with a drop-in class and dancing to Tango music from the Golden Era and beyond. This Milonga series will include live music and dance performances by local and international Tango guests.
Enjoy dancing in the beautiful Victorian concert hall with smooth wooden floor and outdoor patio. Come to listen and watch or join in the dance.
Entrance: $15 adults /$10 seniors & students with ID, all included.
All ages are welcome.
Please, bring snacks and refreshments to share!
