Overview
Here at the International Culinary Center, we have had the honor of spending years learning from this culinary icon, and we delight in being able to pass Jacques Pépin’s teachings on to you. Through the creation of several dishes, we will focus on Pepin’s technique, which sets him, as well as French cuisine, apart from the rest. You will be given the opportunity to execute these dishes yourself, and at the end of class sit down to enjoy the meal as a group, the way Chef Pépin intended.
