Clapper Rails: Endangered Birds on Gallinas Creek

On Wednesday, May 3, 2017, the Gallinas Watershed Council is thrilled to have Jules Evans as our guest speaker. Jules is a renowned expert on our local endangered species, the California Clapper Rail (now called Ridgway’s Rail). Regardless what you call it, our mascot is a shy bird that lives along Gallinas Creek in our local wetlands.

Join us at 7 PM as Jules shares the results of his Clapper Rail research. Has the SMART train had an impact on this endangered bird? Find out on May 3!

This is a free event. Everyone is welcome to attend GWC meetings at the Northgate Mall Community room in Terra Linda. Please join us!
