First course - Soup - Fez harira soup, medjool date /or/ Butternut squash soup, cinnamon, marcona almonds
Second Course - Appetizer - Melilia Cigars, chicken, almond, raisins (veggie option available)
Third Course - Salad - Beet, crumbled almond, blood orange segment, cumin vinaigrette /or/ County line baby mixed greens , glazed kumquats, argan oil.
Fourth course - Entree - Lamb tagine , dry mission figs, brown butter couscous /or/ Chicken M'quali, preserved lemon, castelverano olives /or/ Black Cod, sharmoula, marble potatoes, piquillo peppers, olives /or/ Vegetables B'astilla, goat cheese, lavender honey
