Cima Collina Winery’s Supper Club dinner features Chef Jon Kasky, a California chef and co-owner of Paradise Catering. Since 1985, Paradise Catering in Carmel Valley has set a high standard for the catering world, famous for its organic, locally-grown ingredients. Each menu is created based on the season’s freshest choices found in their own organic garden and local farms. Chef Jon was influenced by his experience with some of the world’s greatest celebrity chefs such as Wolfgang Puck and Jeremiah Tower. Handcrafted wines from small, local vineyards produced by Cima Collina Winery will pair with fresh California cuisine prepared by Chef Jon. Menu details coming soon.
