The trio is back for another wellness event. Join us in meditation as we hold space for an evening of conscious connection. By holding safe space for one another, we are creating an experience to harness our natural gifts, our greater purpose and our authentic self.
Together we will travel through the internal cosmos, diving deep into self understanding. As we connect to our unique journeys and personal experiences, we are reminded of our bliss and unconditional self-love. Please come prepared with an open heart and open mind.
We provide:
- Grounded healing space provided by Christine Singh
- Intuitive Workshop with Carlyn Bialosky
- Sound Bath Workshop with Veneé McGee
- Complimentary tea + snacks
We recommend bringing the following for optimal bliss:
- Yourself. Show up, be present and tuck your phone away.
- Journal & writing tool
- Something that is calling to your heart (family, friends, sayings, words, crystals, art, etc.)
- A snack if you wish (we get it, it's after work hours!)
