Back by popular demand, Michael of multiple award-winning Michael’s Chocolates will teach us how to make chocolate truffles like a pro. A great experience for everyone from the chocolate enthusiast to the dedicated chocolatier. Enjoy a live demo of how to temper chocolate and make ganache. Then have fun creating your own box of decorated chocolate truffles that you get to take home with you. Make a Halloween themed box for the holiday!
