If you've ever wanted to learn more about the Food Craft Institute's Master Courses, now's your chance. This Friday we'll be stationed at the Smokestack at Magnolia Brewery with a few of our favorite instructors, including Dandelion Chocolate, Master Cicerone Nicole Erny and, of course, Magnolia Brewery.
The evening will include a breakdown of the bean-to-bar chocolate making process by a representative of San Francisco based Dandelion Chocolate, followed by a chocolate and beer pairing selected by Master Cicerone Nicole Erny.
Come out to learn a little about Chocolate Craft & Confectionery and the Business of Beer, or just stop by to sneak some samples of chocolate to pair with your favorite pint.
