Chaim will share his extensive background in product development, discuss the art of winemaking and his world-class wine offerings. Reservations required.

MORE: Winemaker Chaim has a Master’s and PhD in Food Science and a successful history in creating unique flavors for the American palate including Cap’n Crunch. After selling his company at the turn of the century, he and his wife fulfilled their life-long dream of becoming world-class winemakers.
Executive Chef Gallagher, is an accomplished chef with extensive experience and training in contemporary French cooking. He’s studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and London, staged in Europe with French Master Chef, Michele Bras, Gordon Ramsay, Heston Blumenthal and ran several Michelin starred restaurants including Michael Mina (SF), One Market (SF) and Plumed Horse (Saratoga).
