Change-a-thon: Use Design Thinking to End Sexual Harassment at Your Company

During the last sexual harassment workshop, many of the attendees wanted to know how, as a startup founder building teams and cultures from scratch, do you create one that makes women feel safe and equal. So by request, we created a 3-hour workshop where design thinking will be used to find creative solutions.
Also joining us will be Emmy-Award winning documentary filmmaker Sarah Moshman. Sarah's past documentaries focus on the subject of female empowerment (The Empowerment Project & Losing Sight of Shore) and she and her all female crew will be filming the workshop for a new documentary project she's working on surrounding the topic of sexual harassment in the workplace.
