CH Interactive: Music Medicine

SEE EVENT DETAILS
For centuries and in cultures all across the world, music and sound have been used for healing. Join us as we  experience the way music medicine shifts our state of individual and collective consciousness resulting in lasting healing effects.
Come for a dose of heart and spirit medicine, and to deepen your relationship to sound, to yourself, and to the world around you. You’ll learn to receive and express music, and to relate to music as a metaphor for life.
Expand your edge, release whatever is holding you back from your fullest expression, and allow music to be the vehicle for this soulful and reconnective journey.

In this workshop, you will:

Be a maker and receiver of music and sound

Amplify your creativity, self-trust and spontaneity through musical improv

Learn about the four elements of music - silence, rhythm, melody, and harmony

Use music to connect with your partner (romantic or business)

Use music to bring a group of people (family, community, team) into harmony, presence, and connection

For more info on what to expect, click here. Structured schmoozing from 6:30-7pm. Music Medicine will begin at 7pm.

Join us for an evening hosted by Consciousness Hacking, a global community focused on the intersection between science, technology, and human flourishing.
Everything we’re creating in the world is a reflection of who and what we are. We are what we create, and we create what we are. Therefore, the responsibility on the part of all of us creating and building humanity -- which really every single one of us is doing -- is to recognize that we’re creating this. And that before we can make any significant change in the external world, we have to change ourselves first, by doing the work and dealing with our...stuff. Or as Ken Wilber would say, “waking up, growing up, and cleaning up.”
Every third Wednesday of the month, Consciousness Hacking brings in a different community member to lead an experiential mini-workshop designed to help us wake up, grow up, and clean up. CH Interactives:

deepen our personal experiences of integration with the theories we study

bring our blindspots into compassionate awareness where they can be transformed

facilitate connection with one another from a deeper, more integrated energetic space
