Danny Goldberg and Gabriel Gold - Celestial Sound Journey
A collaboration between two leading, California based Sound Healers. A meeting of the healing vibrations of Gong and Hang, and of Crystal and Bronze.
The event will start with a guided meditation to help set the space communally, followed by the meditative Sound Healing Journey.
During the Sound Healing Journey the audience will lay down and be carried along a deeply relaxing, trance-like journey through "the deep joys and sorrows of the soul" by both, Gabriel’s voice, Hang/Halo Handpans and Crystal Singing Bowls and Danny’s Gongs, Flutes and Tibetan Singing Bowls. The outcome of such journeys is often a feeling of physical and mental relaxation, rejuvenated emotional vigor, lightness, open heart and inspiration towards ones calling/next step forward in life.

The Hang/Halo Handpan is a recently developed acoustic instrument, originating from Switzerland, a turtle shell-like drum made of steel. it’s soft, watery, ethereal sound and entrancing, encircling melodies lead it to be an ideal choice for musically guiding meditation and meditative movement practices.The Crystal Singing Bowls are resonant tools as readily "felt" as heard, deeply supporting both, vocalization and meditation. Made of quartz crystal, many also featuring specific alchemical infusions of additional types of crystal, gemstones and metals, of which the qualities of such materials are energetically expressed through the sound and spirit of the infused bowls.The sounds and vibrations of singing bowls, gongs and chimes guide us into a deep meditation. The healing vibrations pass through our bodies, opening blockages and allowing our minds to quiet. A wide range of ancient world traditions from Confucianism to the Pythagoreans’ claimed that sound could not only "tune the soul" but affect our cosmological & social worlds as well. The physiological impact of sound on the body, emotions & cognition is apparent. Through the vibrations of these instruments we experience an inner calm and deep relaxation that enables us to journey within and center.
Bios:Gabriel Gold is internationally renowned as both a sound healer and composer of music for film, ballet and yoga; having performed at Chartres Cathedral in France, Grace Cathedral in San Francisco, CA and co-headlined the 2015 International Sound Healing Conference to name a few.
His music has been described by renowned Yoga Teacher Darren Main as "Having the power to transport listeners to that elusive, quiet refuge inside every human heart”.
In his work leading singing/toning circles and workshops, Gabriel created and facilitates the longest running, weekly singing/toning circle in San Francisco, over 4 years and counting, regularly hosts sound healing concert/workshops and has personally supported thousands of people on the journey of developing a fulfilling relationship to their singing voices and through such, a deeper spiritual connection.
