Ken Burns comes to the Flint Center for the next installment in the Celebrity Forum Speaker Series. An established director and producer of documentary films, Ken Burns is known for his style of using archival footage and photographs. Some of his most widely known documentaries are The Civil War, Baseball, Jazz, The War, The National Parks: America's Best Idea, Prohibition and The Central Park Five. Throughout his impressive career, he has garnered two Academy Award nominations, won two Emmy Awards, and become the recipient of more than twenty honorary degrees.
