What: For anyone hoping to enjoy a sweet and savory meal this Valentine’s Day, h2hotel’s Spoonbar – the hotel’s contemporary American cuisine restaurant – will offer a delicious five-course menu from Executive Chefs Casey and Patrick Van Voorhis on Tuesday, February 14.

From a refreshing asparagus salad for the first course to a Painted Hills Farms filet mignon with nettle custard, mushroom cream and glazed pearl onions for the fourth course, these dishes go beyond a typical Valentine’s Day meal. Below is the full menu.

Squid Ink Tagliarini, Butter Poached Lobster, Saffron, Meyer Lemon
