Accista Announces September 26th TGIS To Feature Jane Hendler and Rex Rombach, founders of Ajne Parfumerie of Carmel
Accista Spa at the Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel and Spa located at 1 Old Golf Course Road in Monterey announces TGIS – Thank Goodness I Spa for 2013! Sip. Mingle. Spa. Unwind. Grab a friend and celebrate TGIS the Third Thursday of every month from 6 p.m.– 7 p.m. at Accista Spa. You are invited to TGIS “Thank Goodness I Spa” to unwind and experience Accista Spa.
Enjoy hors d’oeuvres from Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel and Spa and sip a glass of wine, mingle with fellow locals, relax with mini spa treatments, meet the spa professionals and be inspired! SPECIAL SEPTEMBER DATE: Celebrate Spring on September 26th at 6:00 p.m. with Jane Hendler and Rex Rombach, founders of Ajne Parfumerie of Carmel! Jane is a natural perfumer and master essential oil therapist while husband Rex is a master distiller. Rex will demonstrate a live distillation of local plants and explain this ancient art and its revival back into modern natural products and perfumes. Jane will discuss and share in a sniffing of the local distilled essential oils and healing properties that go into the making of the Accista Spa signature scents.
The extraordinary natural fragrance and product experiences of Ajne are inspired by history. Centuries ago, Rulers and royalty commissioned Master Alchemists and their apprentices to source, distill and blend precious botanicals into incense, fragrant oils and healing elixirs.
