In collaboration with Moët & Chandon, Astra will present an exceptional dining event to celebrate Thanksgiving. Guests will enjoy a complimentary welcome Champagne toast and a four-course prix fixe menu showcasing artfully prepared traditional Thanksgiving dishes, including a Honeynut Bisque, Caviar, Roasted Mary's Organic Turkey with turkey breast, confit leg and thigh, natural jus, potato puree, and root vegetables, and a host of sides, including Cornbread Soufflé, Bacon & Pecan Crispy Brussel Sprouts, and Bourbon Orange cranberry sauce. Dessert includes Apple Pie, Creme Brûlée, and Streusel Pecan Tart.
