Chef Dustin Valette's newest concept, The Matheson, will be offering a special six-course Chef's Tasting Menu in the main dining room in celebration of New Year's Eve. The Chef's Tasting Menu is an elevated version of The Matheson's regular tasting menu. Priced at $175 for 6 courses, not including optional wine pairings, additional beverages or gratuity. The Matheson dinner service will conclude at 10pm, upon which time guests are encouraged to ring in the new year upstairs at the Roof 106 cocktail lounge.
Roof 106 will be open late with food and drink specials all night, and a DJ spinning from 10pm to midnight to celebrate the new year! Roof 106 will run a waitlist for the evening.
