To celebrate National Ceviche Day on June 28th, Copita’s Executive Chef Daniel Tellez has created a new Red Aguachiles Ceviche with prawns, Serrano pepper, red onion, green onion, mango, stone fruit, radish and cucumber. It’s a delicious combination of raw fresh fish and other spices and is the perfect summertime dish. Copita will debut the flavorful ceviche on National Ceviche Day and it will be available on the menu all summer long!
