Fandango Restaurant are offering a Mother’s Day Brunch on Sunday, May 12th from 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. (The Fandango traditional Sunday Brunch menu is not available, only the prix fixed brunch menu. Regular dinner service is available from 5:00 p.m. – closing.)
Local produce leader, Tanimura and Antle Little Gems™ Sweet Lettuce will be featured as part of the Mother’s Day brunch. “Tanimura and Antle Little Gems™ Sweet Lettuce is a delicious petite sweet lettuce variety and an integral part of any healthy meal. · Roast New York of Beef with mushroom demi-glace, mashed potatoes, Vegetables
· Leg of Lamb Provencal with Pinot Noir demi glace sauce, mashed potatoes, garden vegetables
· Grilled Fresh Salmon with café de Paris butter
· Honey Glazed Baked Ham with Hawaiian Sauce
· Eggs Benedict Florentine with traditional poached eggs over spinach served on English muffin, Hollandaise sauce, potatoes , vegetables
· Basque Salad Baby Spinach tossed with fresh orange sections, blue cheese & walnuts
